 Barefoot Angels are approx. 12” tall and are handmade from plain tea-stained fabrics to give them a mellow, slightly aged appearance. They have whimsical hand stitched calico faces and woollen hair. Their crumpled tea stained calico wings are outlined in running stitch and are finished off with two gold painted wooden stars.  A running stitch detail also decorates the hem. Their dresses  are sewn from a variety of different homespun fabrics. A wire loop is attached at the back ready to hang on your wall.

Each Barefoot Angel is individually made by hand and, just like people, no two will be exactly alike. While every effort will be made to keep to the original colour schemes the fabrics patterns shown are subject to change as I only have a limited supply of each one. You can email me for information on available fabrics if you are not happy to take potluck! If you could please let me know your colour choice(s) in the email then I will send you scanned swatches of all the relevant fabrics I have for you to choose from.
